Trevor residence file, 1909-1910.

Consists of letters, photographs, and estimates, all relating to the construction of a residence for Mr. John B. Trevor as 11 East 91st Street in New York. The photographs are of ornate mantels offered by Gerald A. Letts of London, England. The construction had not yet been completed at the end of 1910, when the contents of the file break off. (Was Trevor the father of the "Trevor, John B., 1909- " who published a family history in 1983, NUC86-69719?).
